Just finished Interpret Europe's 4th Conference in Primosten on the coast of the Adriatic. I chaired the Conference Steering Group and all the feedback indicates that the 80 delegates from 26 countries had a wonderful time and a great opportunity to network and develop interpretive skills and understanding. One of the best aspects was the opportunity we had to support 8 young interpreters to attend by covering their fees. They couldn't believe how welcoming everyone was to them, but I was not surprised. Next year's conference is in Krakow 6th - 10th June 2015. These events are very positive and affirming and bring together many who work in isolationin their home countries - it's about sharing and supporting.
